The listing of a group or charity does not imply explicit endorsement, and we recognise that different people will find difference types of support helpful. We try to keep the list up-t0-date, but we cannot list everything. The omission of a website or charity does not imply anything.

Mind is a mental health charity based in England and Wales. It offers information and advice to people with mental health problems and also lobbies government and local authorities on their behalf. The charity also works to raise public awareness and understanding of issues relating to mental health.
