Clinical role

One of my main clinical roles within  AIS is to provide specialist psychological assessment and psychological treatment to people in Scotland who have a diagnosis of severe Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Training

I qualified as a mental health nurse from the University of Dundee in 1998. I went on to work in various general adult psychiatry settings until 2020 when I joined the Advanced Interventions Service (AIS).

I have since completed post-graduate training as an Independent Non-Medical Prescriber, and I am currently completing an MSc in Nursing.
